How the sale works

1. 01Write. Your message reaches the owner, nobody else. Replies within 2 business days.
2. 02Agree. You settle the price and who pays what. Nothing is binding until the owner confirms in writing.
3. 03Pay. Escrow.com holds the money until the domain is in your account. Its fee, around 1%, is paid by the buyer unless you agree otherwise. There is no fee from nics.dev.
4. 04Move the name. Same registrar: a push, minutes. Otherwise the owner's registrar has to issue a SIDN token within five days, you enter it at your own registrar, and the name moves within hours.
5. 05Confirm. You confirm the name is in your account; escrow releases the money.

Is this a real listing?

Who am I dealing with?

The owner directly: Triton IT. Messages travel through the nics.dev relay, so neither side has to publish an email address.

Is the price negotiable?

The owner set a fixed price. You can still make an offer, and it reaches the same inbox.

What if I pay and nothing happens?
